JConcepts continues to blend premium materials and race-inspired design with the Aluminium | Forged Flake Carbon Setting Board. Available in forged blue flake or forged red flake carbon fiber, this board combines lightweight construction, exceptional rigidity, and striking appearance into one essential pit accessory. At the heart of the design is a precision-machined 2.5mm forged flake carbon fiber panel, featuring a unique blue or red flake finish that delivers a distinctive, high-end look. The panel is CNC machined with radiused corners and countersunk mounting locations for a clean, professional appearance.


Surrounding the carbon fiber panel are four individually machined aluminium trim sections. Finished in black anodizing and detailed with laser-etched JConcepts.net branding, the aluminium frame adds strength, durability, and a premium contrast to the forged carbon surface. The frame assembly is secured with heavy-duty 3mm hardware, creating a rigid platform designed to maintain a flat and stable working surface. Once assembled, the forged carbon panel nests securely within the aluminium perimeter and is retained with flush-mounted fasteners for a sleek, race-inspired finish.
