The Trail Finder 2 LWB has both style and aggressive performance. You can find a balance of scale details and performance in every build.

Performance is smooth with its R3 Scale Single Speed transmission, 4WD drivetrain, Bulletproof Transfer Case, and quality metal components. The front axles have been upgraded with XVD's, along with a sturdier construction and a greater steering angle. The Trail Finder 2 LWB is a product of innovative engineering that impresses in appearance and performance.

The Trail Finder 2 LWB is fully compatible with an array of options and performance enhancements crafted to elevate the user experience and enhance the authenticity of a 1/10 off-road truck!

Drivetrain

The R3 Single Speed Transmission comes with a tough cast metal case and wider gears to allow for more abuse along with a Delrin Spur with Slipper Clutch. It also features a sturdy billet aluminum motor mount for durability.

The Trail Finder 2 LWB Kit includes the Hammer Transfer Case. Packed with detail, the case features a cast metal exterior and the same 0.8 Mod widened gears for durability.

Drawing on the success of the RC4WD MOA gear sets, the Trail Finder 2 LWB Kit Drivetrain has the most durable gears RC4WD has to offer so the Trail Finder 2 LWB Kit can stay on the trail, day after day.

The most scale accurate axles on the market, the RC4WD Yota II Ultimate Scale Cast Axles (XVD) feature innovative 8 degree round knuckles, unique removable diff covers, lower mounting points and a compact offset pumpkin in the front.

The Drive Shafts for the Trail Finder 2 LWB Kit are an all new design featuring bulletproof steel universals and a new high quality plastic shaft for great driveline angles and durability on the trail.

Suspension

The chassis comes with leaf under mounting. This setup lowers the ride height, resulting in a lower overall vehicle stance and a more realistic appearance!

 The Trail Finder 2 LWB Chassis includes a set of RC4WD Ultimate Scale Shocks. These ultimate scale shock absorbers offer realistic looks and performance. They are machined from billet aluminum with internal springs and rebuildable internal parts!

With strength in mind, the ladder frame design of the Trail Finder 2 LWB Chassis is made with CNC machined, billet aluminum and comes with scale shock hoops, a chassis servo mount, and transmission and transfer case mounts.

Soft Steel Leaf Springs are constructed from high-quality material to reduce stiction. The unique sizing for this set is designed for a more finely tuned ride.

The RC4WD Marlin Crawler Side Plastic Sliders for Trail Finder 2 LWB are scale replicas designed to protect and mitigate the rough impacts of crawling over rocky terrain and trails!

• This is a kit that requires building time (appro. 2-3 hours), electronics, tyres and wheels.
• While some components may come assembled, we always recommend that you check the products to ensure all hardware is tight. In some cases, you may want to apply thread lock to some of the hardware that is already installed.
• Use good quality hex drivers to avoid stripping screw heads.
• Use thread lock sparingly.
• Do not over tighten screws, otherwise you may strip the thread.
